Did I mention family outings? We had a few. Here we are, Anneke, Ellen, Det (Jeroen's mom), Steijn and Arthur and Bas (Jeroen's brother). What,you may ask, is everyone wearing on their shirts? Priceless artwork, created by the boys, which we were required to buy with leaves and blades of grass picked from the lawn. As you see, the boys were set to work, not only in the arts, but manual labor as well.

One more shot, from a family outing: That's Rick in the distance viewing the watery landscape with binoculars, watching folks dig mussels. Little Steijn joins me, with his own child-size field glasses.
