RICK'S BIG TRIP page 20

It was tiring work. The last couple nights I slept in the studio. That’s me, photographed by Sander, way before I was ready to get up. Beside my head is the Herald Tribune – the international English language paper – and a glass of water. A borrowed sleeping bag, a pile of yoga mats, and a folded-up yoga mat wrapped in a shirt for a pillow. I was roughin’ it’.

Of course, as long as I was in the city of wild, but well controlled excess, I checked out some of the local sights, including the Temple of Athena: Sex Museum, museum dedicated to acts of passion throughout history. Interesting stuff, and some which I wouldn’t put on this family web site.

This is innocent enough: a plaster sculpture of a couple tangoing and her shirt’s come off. Sorry you can’t see the details.

You might be able to make this out a little better. It’s about monkey-love and I wanted to include this image for my good friend and bullhoseman, D.H. Just a little bit of Chinese erotica.

Did I say this is a family web site? Oh well, appropriate for some families anyway.

Here’s the big group shot from our dance bunch. You can’t make out a single person there, but you can CLICK HERE for the close-up.

Parting shot of Amsterdam: the river right outside central station. It’s all about light peaking through the clouds.

See you later, I gotta go catch a train to Berlin –
